My complaint:
After trying to log in many times throughout the day, I end up getting a message that I was banned from Tinder and can never use that app anymore. Tinder never explained to me the reasons they closed my account. I haven’t received any email , absolutely nothing from them.
Suggested solution:
First, explain the reason they close my account.
Then, let me defend myself.
