Tim Hortons complaint: Bad service

My complaint:

The lady taking an order from drive thru is not nice. What I order and what she put in order is not what I order, I have corrected her. When I come to pick up the order, I check in the bag missing one order she didn’t put in. I order dark roast double double, she have regular triple triple. I ask for bagel toasted with cream cheese, but what I get is not toasted and didn’t cut in half.
What kind a service is it. You can make one mistake but not many mistakes in one order.
I suggest who ever in charge of training the staff have to do it more better than that. I have seen so many Tim Horton location facing a lot of bad service. Sometimes I do get nice service, but not a lot.

Training your staff to be more professional.
