My complaint:
I microwaved a packet of Tilda Coconut rice which I purchased at the local IGA store to go with a beautiful from scratch curry I had made the day before. When I went to serve I noticed the rice had big green lumps in it, I thought it was a one off so opened another packet to find it was the same. It put me off my dinner completely as it made me feel sick just smelling it. I will NEVER buy Tilda again !!
Suggested solution:
They can’t as I would never eat their product again.
