My complaint:
I have email about 20 kg tilda rice I have sent photo rice isn’t nice I always buy tilda I used to love it this time tilda didn’t match their quality so I want money back or good rice
Suggested solution:
They said they will send vouchers which I paid 33 but never heard from them again
