My complaint:
Tiktok temporarily suspended my account on 04/11/2024 for no reason. They won’t tell me EXACTLY why or what the cause is. And they are saying it’s until the 18th. I unfairly can’t even log in to my account to file an appeal OR SEE what I was suspended for and they just keep sending the same generic message. They allow racism on there, sexual content, underaged kids, and scammers and NEVER TAKE ANY of the reports seriously, but suspend my account and won’t tell me which post it supposedly was or why. My account SHOULD NOT be suspended until the 18th. Or I should at least be able to sign in to make an appeal.
