My complaint:

As a loyal user of TikTok, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my account, puffcest, has been wrongfully banned from the platform. I have been a member of the TikTok community for a long time and have never encountered any issues until now. It is beyond belief that my account, which I use for my business, has been banned for allegedly violating the youth and well-being policy. I have carefully reviewed the policy and have found no evidence of any violation on my part. Despite this, TikTok has refused to listen to my appeals and has stopped responding to my emails.

Not only is puffcest banned, but all of my other accounts have also been banned by TikTok. This has significantly affected my business, as I rely heavily on TikTok to promote my products and reach a wider audience. In fact, I have even paid money to TikTok to have my videos promoted and get better reach. It is unfair and unacceptable that I am being punished for something I did not do, and that too, without any warning or explanation.

What is even more frustrating is that TikTok has refused to provide any sort of response or assistance in this matter. I have sent multiple emails and have tried to contact them through various channels, but to no avail. They have completely ignored my efforts to reach out to them and resolve this issue. I have even provided proof of my age, proving that I am well above the minimum age requirement to use TikTok, but they have chosen to ignore it.

It is clear that TikTok has knowingly banned every single account I own and is not willing to listen to reason or provide any explanation for their actions. This is not how a responsible and ethical company should behave towards its users. As a consumer, I have put my trust in TikTok and have invested my time and money into building my business on this platform. But now, all of that has been taken away without any valid reason.

Furthermore, TikTok has also blocked me from creating a new account. This means that I am unable to even access the platform or use it for personal or business purposes. This is a direct violation of my rights as a consumer and is completely unacceptable. I have tried to reach out to TikTok and have provided them with all the necessary information, but they have chosen to ignore me and my concerns. Please help me get it unbanned and inform them of this.
