My complaint:
I think it’s so awful that I can’t make a Tik tok on my PRIVATE account and even post it on my, my eyes only bit if I’m showing my scars or marks. I would never post anything that is fresh. Or promote it in any way. I had an account that has TONS of memories on it that make me happy and I’ve been trying to get it back for ages but they don’t listen to me. I really want it back. I’ve tried downloading my data but they don’t give me the links to the videos. And I’ve asked and asked but always get fobbed off. I’m always going to have these scars. I can’t get rid of them.
Suggested solution:
Let me have access to that account, I don’t even want to use it anymore. I just want my videos and memories back
And also THEY review their guidelines on self harm. Because being banned for my scars is absolutely ridiculous and upsetting
