My complaint:
A video of my business was created and posted on Tik Tok.
I was recorded without my knowledge or permission.
The information was falsified and in result I have been harassed and abused with multiple incorrect and misleading and fabricated reports having been made on google, Facebook and Trip Adviser and countless other social media outlets.
I have had to involve the police and upon them approaching the person in question she admitted to the sergeant that her dog is not an accredited assistance dog.
Since then she has been asked by police on more than one occasion to remove the videos in question and to this date she has not complied.
These videos are misleading and false and need to be removed.
Suggested solution:
Please remove the videos in question.
