My complaint:
I deposited money into the wrong TikTok account (I wanted coins not advertising) in order to boost my standing. They agreed to refund my money and asked me for my bank details but will not pay they keep saying the information I have given them is not right but I have checked with my bank and they assure me TikTok have the full correct details to refund me. TikTok are just ignoring me!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money.
