My complaint:
I’m seriously so disappointed in TikTok, they just deleted my kids entire account. I watch every video he has ever posted and none of them have ever been against the guidelines! Over the past two years TikTok has been his major outlet. He doesn’t have many friends, and The pandemic has been extremely hard on kids and their mental health. As a parent I have praised and been so thankful for TikTok. However now that they have deleted his account with zero warning and zero reason I’m extremely disappointed in this app!
My kid is literally grieving the loss, of everything that has meant anything to him in the last two years.
I hope Tiktok will find a way to fix this.
Suggested solution:
Give a warning. If someone has done something wrong give them a chance to fix it.
Stop deleting accounts that have don’t nothing wrong.
You guys are literally hurting our youth and it’s not ok! Be better!!!
