My complaint:
i have a shop at TikTok which bind to my Official account and my official account suppose to have LIVE access according to official account description and how they advertise the Seller futures, and when i can not get LIVE access, i try to contact live agent, and live agent know nothing about this and create a ticket for me and i been waiting for more than a week and this happened. their specialized team know nothing either like a joke and when i went back looking for help with live agent again, this is how they answered me, this live agent know nothing either and he create me another ticket, admit that TikTok is using a fake advertisement to attract sellers and refuse to lead me to supervisor or give me contact info. refuse to provide me with a name and say this is TikTok policy
