My complaint:
My account on TikTok the book of Johnson explained in details the laws and US codes that I’ve been studying for the last 45 months broken down into compartmentalize videos for people to easily follow and understand them I also discuss world history and politics but I stopped discussing my politics on that site because I constantly got flagged for it and now with over 102,000 followers thousands of hours worth of videos to help everybody understand the laws better so that they can live the life that they’re supposed to live my account has been banned because I explained that during the time that Hitler was committing genocide the reasons why he was committing genocide was because the Ashkenazi Jews had bankrupted his country and that was the results but you can’t judge an entire group of people by a few bad apples because not everybody does Jewish things the same way as the people that he was fighting against for destroying his country the same way that those people are doing to America now these are factual historical and current events and four of these my account has been deleted it now the thing about my account is that I discussed things of all races and religions and try to explain to everybody away to find it not to hate a group of people but to understand that just because somebody is taught differently doesn’t mean that they are wrong it only means that they have a different type of teaching than what we do now I’ve done this about the European side the native side the Spaniards every ethnic group there is and had no problems with it but as soon as I mention the Jewish community my account gets dismantled not only that but I am being slandered on my other account by TickTock they’re encouraging people to report me by sending the messages every time I have a conversation with somebody in my inbox asking them to report me not only that but they are telling people not to join my account because I post sensitive material none of the material that I have posted has been hateful it is literally just parts of history but if I put a video explaining some thing like the freemasons bringing in the orphan trains of 1820 that’s considered hate but it’s actual history and so I can’t speak freely or truthfully or try to explain to people the parts of history that created our country into what it is today so that they have a better understanding of things is that they don’t have fear of the future my rights and free-speech the on alienable God-given right to free speech is being trampled on my name is being slandered constantly by this corporation for trying to educate people and I find it highly inappropriate and now my account is banned from posting or speaking we’re going live for sharing a duet not for something I actually posted but for sharing a duet with no account warning telling me that I was going to be banned all I said was that the duet had been removed not that there was a restriction added
Suggested solution:
They should reinstate my book of Johnson account on restrict me on my unknown Farro account stop harassing people that I’m trying to teach and educate and re-work the restrictions that they have in place because they obviously do not work for legitimate reasons they should restrict people that make false reports to lessen people from actually making false reports either that or reimburse me for the damages of all of the time that I have lost teaching people and showing people how to get financial freedom this is a better job to entertain people for them as such there should be consequences for being so easily dismembered of someone’s hard work there were hours of videos in playlists that explains laws and gave research notes and going over notes with people on lives the people that I have connected to that I’m currently helping out with certain laws don’t have a way to reach me anymore because I only disgusting‘s with them through TickTock and I didn’t even have a chance to get everything out of my inbox because there were phone numbers in there that I needed of people that I wanted to stay in contact with and I found a lot of their accounts have been removed to this is biased and destructive behavior and considering some of us actually make money off of TikTok as a business to do so so freely is causing people not to make their bills it’s not OK to force people into struggling because you don’t like what they had to say I understand somethings have to be removed from TikTok but they could be removed without banning people and without taking their accounts down I know people that didn’t even have account restrictions they had their accounts destroyed so it’s not some thing that’s being done to help the community it’s something that’s being done to silence people and that’s not OK that goes against our constitutional rights and it goes against the peace treaties that say that we have the right to free speech
