My complaint:
TikTok has created a safe haven for trolls who report, contact that does not violate community guidelines as a way of silencing people who do not feel or think as they do. I have all my complaints reversed with an apology that I have not violated guidelines yet I continue to get notices that my account will be shut down for the multiple violations so are they actually removed or kept in a permanent file to be used against us later? I have had a count shut down and had the video that got it shut down reversed, but not my account being shut down. I suggest you start suspending the accounts of people who habitually abuse your reporting feature?
Suggested solution:
Let’s see if somebody files more than 10 false claims a month they lose their account to discourage people from not allowing everybody to have the same enjoyable experience on your social platform?
