My complaint:
To whoever it may concern,
My name is alyaan arshad and i have an account on tiktok under @alyaan240 which was hacked at 385k on the 17th of february around 4pm through my email 2019-3667@slougheton.com by someone called sameer. I have identified the hacker through my email security s which have highlighted him as an unfamilier device and given his ip address which you can use to see that the hacker lives at a different address to mine. The hacker used his iphone and windows laptop to hack me. I have picked up from the security s that he hacked my email on the 8th of february 2021 and managed to hack my tiktok on the 17th of february 2021 by changing the verification number to his mobile phone ending in 313. I managed to change my email and tiktok password as well as my verification email to my sisters palestinelover9@gmail.com who helps run my account. By the time i did this, the hacker posted 2 videos which were against tiktok guildelines; nudity content, therefore causing me to automatically log out with a pop up saying “you have been banned for breaching guidelines but you can appeal below”. I appealed against the decision and attached proof of the hacking but the appeal was rejected. I have sent 2 security violation forms which have not recieved any reply. I worked day and night to gain such a large following and have a large sum of money in my pending section in creators fund which i cannot access due to my account being banned and not allowing me to log in.
Suggested solution:
I believe this is very unfair as you can see my account i have never posted any such videos in the past i only post content related to my car parking multiplayer account. Therefore, rejecting my appeal even though i have proof is extremely ridiculous. I request you please see the attached proof and unban my account, remove the hackers phone number from my account and allow me to acesss my followers and funds again.
