My complaint:
Bought 3x USB Humidifiers which arrived with boxes damaged. Tried one and it was clearly cheap rubbish. Requested a refund which was denied even though it was evident the device didn’t work. Applied for a dispute which was granted for the refund of all three and a violation against seller UIISII.
23 days on and I’ve still never received the refund TikTok guaranteed would be paid within 5-10 days. TikTok are not responding to emails or chat anymore. How many children on this app are being spammed and groomed?
I’ve been granted a refund through the dispute process for counterfeit ear-pods. I have no faith this will be paid as TikTok have once again stated it will be refunded within 5-10 days and have stopped responding to all communication.
Absolutely disgusting.
Suggested solution:
Send the refund I’m owe and then some. Makes me feel there are children being groomed on this app. TikTok are an absolute disgrace.
