My complaint:
I was told that parking would be difficult and I paid $78.45 for a parking permit from Ticket Master. The representative said that the lot was two blocks from the event. It was at least 5 blocks away. The attendant at the lot could not scan my phone and he was selling parking spaces for $10.00 on the same lot.
Suggested solution:
I am requesting a full refund of $78.45. My Ticket Master ID is 33487745.
