My complaint:
My son purchased a meet and greet with Motley Crue for me as a gift, however, I was informed I was not eligible for any of the benefits of the VIP meet and greet because my son purchased it, so only he would be able to enjoy any of the benefits that came with the package. All it would be to me was a seat. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. So all that money he spent for me to be able to meet the band ,VIP parking, signed item, etc is just lost. Ticketmaster pockets that money, which is pure bs.
Suggested solution:
I want my son to receive a full refund.
