My complaint:
I ordered $102.97 USD of merchandise from this site and payed through Paypal, and when I was I contacted the supplier I kept getting a message saying that ‘We are preparing these items for shipment’ but that is all I could get from them. The order was placed in early February, and I cannot get a response from them. I did, however get an email saying that a pair pf boots have been shipped and delivered to my mailbox, however they never arrived. I contacted Paypal and they, too said they attempted to (unsuccessfully) contact the seller, and they closed the case advising that I could ‘Escalate’ the case but I’m unsure of how to do that, so I emailed them again. How can there NOT be any checks and balances for companies like this? Is this NOT what the Better Business Bureau is for?

I'd like a refund andor someone to somehow hold this company accountable as they are seemingly getting away with taking money fro fraudulent orders and nobody seems to be interested in stopping them from getting away with this nonsense.
