Thunderbird Lodge Riverside complaint: Refund

My complaint:

I Booked and Paid in Full for a Guaranteed Reservation. The Hotel Refused The Room in which I had Reserved and Paid, Refused to Refund Me.

Suggested solution:

All I want is to be Refunded.
