My complaint:
Hello and good afternoon my name is Lov’Ashia I am a single mother of two children at the moment and I was housed at your family shelter but prior to being there it was no space for my family so we had to spend a month between two motels where I was supposed to been getting my paper work started by a man named Andy Osborn all he did was deliver items twice since bekng in motels until a room opened up for us once we got there I was given a quick tour by a nice but firm Hispanic lady given quick rules and said while here I’ll meet my worker sadly my worker was the one n my face the whole time but didn’t want to deal with me and she was part of the night crew workers who sometimes work dueing the days as well if you watch the cameras I swear to God I don nothing as remotely wrong to be excorted out the building at 9pm with my kids when mothers don’t follow rules there the ones who been here longer gets special rules the workers are not there to work hy are there to make friends check the cameras it’s outta control now when I got there the rules atartjng out is curfew to be in the building is 9pm curfew to be off the floor is 10pm I guess that didn’t sit to well with allot of parents they leave their kids in the rooms to leave the building they hide and lock the bathroom doors to smoke in there they allow only select few to brjng food as drink items in as long as the others don’t know but serve you old food serve me if I’m correct since being there my cash assistance went down my stamps went down and yet me and my kids getting old left overs no orange juice they don’t want to serve coffee but it clearly said coffee served in the morning if they didn’t want to give you a snack they give you these pumpkin spice cookies and the whole place was complaing the worker yelled out of well that’s all y’all getting we don’t got nothing else we broke but then go to a closet talking with a attitude bringing other boxed snacks out it’s sad kids banging their heads on the floors parents not tending to kids their standing all over furniture my first week there I wanted to leave why becaude for some reason since I got here all I ever kept asking was can I meet my worker to get help my section 8 is running out Catholic charities not attending to my needs or help I’m walking and strvin as hard as I can and but I’m supposed to be here to get the help yet all I see is unnecessary drama and issues workers feed into it and allow certajn things to happen the first week being there I wanted to leave why because we are being woken up by a family having sex right next to us like are you serious there is guys here too at first I thought I was hearing things (guys voice) but then the next day I see multiple familes with partners in the facility I mean if that is going to be allowed placed the full families together in one area and the single families in another I started packing my items when I got back to the building and tametria stopped me and followed me to my room asking what happened I explained and she told me from her face omg you know what you no the only one who complained about then I jumped up like what and yal placed another family in this room or let them stay here I’m so hurt at that I felt disturbed yet still no meet with a worker it’s been a week so tametria gives me a weekend pass to leave and tols me to come back Monday at curfew time right so my kids didn’t feel safe an my son birthday was that Saturday again check paper work but we srayed out went back Tuesday morning got our room door unlocked by tametria at the time she never told me I was written up or had a violation for not coming back Monday so we proceed to go into our room and she only says that Ms Emma was passing out workers so I should find out today I said OK then days go by and another issue goes on where I ask to spa with a worker and get no help but woman here select few can do come and go as they please it’s like a jail no TV unless your the African mother who I got into a argument with in the kitchen area but if you check the cameras I was talking on the phone she made it here business to speak and mind mines but prior to just getting back from the most with another family as a few of us decent parents planned our Sunday to spend at the most so we didn’t I got back and I got told by Mr Ronda that tametria wanted me to to her office then she brings up something I said loudly in hw kitchen area where all of us was happily talking and the workers acted like they didn’t hear it but when I leave the other mothers decide to soak about what we talked about but then I yell in the hallway if we gone speak about what we don’t why don’t we all start talking and not behind my back wait until I leave then I got back I got written up and a violation from last Tuesday not the current Tuesday it’s like a double trouble between Ronda and tametria they kept taking turns to call me to the offices that day they even do house meetings like a jail but for what no one cleans up it’s stinks all parents sit right in front of the steps and door smoking nasty ciggs my baby cought he flu there it’s a park right to the right of the door way but yet they sit kids all over the stairs and seems all day Sunday it was to see how much a mother can take after me and the other mother stop arguing because Ronda and tametria came in the kitchen area told us kitchen closed due to us two ok so I got my kids and my self went to the room but then I hear it gets loud I got back to the kitchen an it’s ronsa tametria the female I was arguing with and the other bad mother standing my kitchen door talking abojt me but yet Ronda told every one to leave it’s like between the workers and the females being there longer they have a bond I don’t get it I just wanted help they can do houwe meetings but can’t meet with you about a house it makes me angry and sad even m Christmas decorations became an issue it was so weird how tametria and Ronda kept taking turns calling me back n forth to offices but yet not for no help not once just drama then you see them coming to my door taking turns then the police like I attacked some one or was aggressive no I did the same thing the other woman do but just spoke out loud I was there only for help and feels like I got attacked the whole way the police knocked at our room door after me telling Ronda and tametria I will leave in the morning she goes to say the superior said she had the right to kick me out now I said again in the morning when I just wanted a woman who came from rescue mission after physically fighting while pregant in that shelter they lt this woman sleep an be loud in the hallway all night it’s disturbing even though one of the other workers said you don’t got papers I can’t let you in but she did anyways and this lady was out side pulling atuff out her area being loud and they just let it happen they was giving supplies to her in the hallway even but me I am and was a problem Ronda didn’t want any of the other mothers talking to me that Sunday night one of the other mothers who was nice named hailey camed walking down to my door asking what happened am I ok so I start talking Ronda yells from the office go in your rooms who is that Harley go to your room so I said Ronda did you leave the kitchen when you told everyone to leave or did you stay an keep talking your a worker not a friend and and that’s when they started playing to office games saying I’m being disturbing I only spoke and die truth I attended to my kids and followed rules except the Tuesday morning come back but rightfully if your going to do room checks why are you checking rooms at 2am and not 1130pm due to following the curfew hours and times im just saying true statement my son 12 and he said it’s invadjng privacy coming in at an awkward time then get a write up a week later I’m hurt then the police gave us a ride to an old neighbor home had he didn’t open door me and my kids would be on his porch we have kno where to go have know one to help and all I been doing was asking my aunt works at DSS and she rude as ever hangs up walks away from counter then you guys have a thing I was told after we got kicked out well excorted out Mr Andy Osborn had taken us Friday to the salvation army Christmas gifting area said as long as we n shelter we dient have to sign up so he took me and my kids to the part side to pick gifts to be wrapped for Christmas and be given to the kids yet I left and a mother there aaid you know they not gone give your kids them gifts one you leave an honest to god they really didn’t like what a waist and sadly our kids see this how heartbreaking the one program who suppose to be supporting are renigging and being Indian givers sad I even tried to email Andy an ask to speak to some one to complain how awful we got treated yet not once got help I to this day got no reply told section 8 codie and she like well you still have a deal line like this is a true cold world and if I have to share these with the news so be it my heart can’t take any more hurt and my kids is losing more asking for help while I’m still trying also I called about getting my kids meds and got hung up on this is so foul on all parties.
Suggested solution:
By hearing my voice and not pushing this off I even sent messages because I was so hurt to Wisconsin and Milwaukee by accident the night and morning after they even replied back sadly they could not help I don understand the part I really did something so bad to be excortes out by the police at night with my children but the things that happen there is allowed heart breaking we losing more then we ever gone gain by grace of god he will see the uglies and if I can give less than a one I would the disrespect and what the kids gotta do with the parents I'd we even messed up for them to not get the gifts they were given already funny how I was supposed to finally meet with tametria that Monday but got excorrted our Sunday went from enjoying the day with family and other families then get back to ahelter drama
