My complaint:
I purchased an entertainment stand at this store. I tried to pick it up but the young boy there, my husband and myself could not get it out of the store. The manager is Tammy and she was out sick for several days. I finally was able to talk to her, didn’t want a refund, just even exchange. She said NO vehemently and was totally unreasonable and non-Christian!
Suggested solution:
Let me have an even exchange.
