My complaint:
I never thought I’d ever have to utter a complaint against the Salvation Army but I guess there is always a first time.
About 15-20 days ago I sent in credit card number to SA to charge $500 for your food program here in Las Cruces. (Credit card ends…4738…)
but you have yet to process the transaction. Meanwhile people continue to grow hungry here and my intention was to put that money to work.
Suggested solution:
Process the $500 charge and get the money working.
