My complaint:
I was enrolled in program that offers assistance to veterans. The staff poorly trained and unprofessional. My case was closed based on racist lies and half truths. My caseworker called me a racist! The person who closed my case without consulting me and getting my side of the story. Im very disappointed with how veterans are treated.
Suggested solution:
I had a balance of $778 for car repairs before my case was closed. I like to get the $778 in repairs and move on.
