My complaint:
I was going to buy $60 dollars worth of stuff from the Marion Salvation store, I shop at all the time. I am a veteran and cashier never asked, so I did, I was met with, I forgot to ask too late, I respond by What is too late, so she calls over the manger, who doubles down. The store lost $60 in sales to help the handicap. I feel this is unprofessional and I will no longer be shopping there.
Suggested solution:
Have a meeting with employees and let them know that you can not treat people this way and its damaging to the Salvation Army to display the behaviour and to turn away sells to prove that the two employees were just very lazy and lost sales.
