My complaint:

We scheduled a pickup for multiple household items. The driver would only pick up half of it. He said it was too much. Then “customer service” called and said I had only listed 3 bags for pickup. So let me get this straight? Blankets, sheets, baby items and new polo shirts aren’t worth taking? I was hung up on by “customer service” when I complained about the drivers attitude and wanted to know why our items couldn’t be picked up. I will be bringing them someplace else that will appreciate the donation.

What can they do?! They acted like they were doing us a favor by taking our items. This is why people don’t take the time to donate things. And this is why the awful stories about the Salvation Army exist in the first place.
