My complaint:
Staff don’t communicate at all, i was told by several staff that i can keep my dogs in the kennel while I’m at work, right now I’m a bell ringer for the salvation army and a resident, but there’s this one staff member that says no and threatens to call the pound on my dogs, i rarely get anyone willing to babysit them without being paid upfront and I’m tired of the stress
Suggested solution:
Let people who work keep the dogs in the kennel and let people keep the dogs in the kennel when they go to church because they get a ride to and from salvation army
