My complaint:
Called the Chicago City Headquarters number – 7737251100 – to create a partnership for refugees with a church program and was disrespectful but the receptionist who refused to give her name. She didn’t have the time of day to speak to me and couldn’t answer basic questions, all the while belittling be for it knowing the difference between “corps centers” and their stores. Finally, she just hung up on me
Suggested solution:
Better reception staff who don’t belittle their callers trying to help others in need. Additionally, answering questions so I can properly report their misbehavior and not just hanging up on me.
