My complaint:
I’m currently a resident, I’m disabled and looking to just stay my three mo and move on my way. Its just so surprising how the employees can’t enforce the rules. Reason being is because I was handed the rules when I first came in, and it states in the rules about how all residents must be out at 9:00 a.m. I believe. I’m just amazed how lately the residents (Bunk13) always takes it on his own NOT following the RULES of Course!! that Mon-Fri this man takes a shower between 5-5:00 a.m. comes in our living space and turns the lights ten minutes early every day !! And there’s other Gentleman living, who also work and do there own thing. But all the man does is causes agitation amongst the other residents living here. I did call the front desk spoke to a staff member by the name of Chris and all he did was pass the phone to another resident so that was like totally surprising because I thought the authority figure was the STAFF but apparently the residents also use the front office phone !! So if anyone can attend the matter it be greatly appreciated by all of the American residents living here. Thankyou and Happy Easter.🤘🏻🦅🇺🇸
