My complaint:

On April 30, I Went to make a donation of clothes, and other miscellaneous items. Driving around back there was a duck with a bunch of baby docs in one of the baby ducks fell through the storm gate. When the worker outback who was super nice and courteous got the manager the manager came over and laughed the situation off. I asked him what he could do to rectify the situation and he simply stated that nothing and donations are more important and shrugged and walked away. A few minutes he return with his phone in an offer no resolution. And completely disrespectful and uncaring. I stated I wanted to give a donation and he took the box right out of my hands without saying thank you or anything. After voicing my concern with his disrespect and telling him that we do a lot of work with other locations in St. Petersburg. He said I should go to those instead. The disrespect and attitude cannot fully be noted in this text box, however it does not reflect the true values of the Salvation Army.

Suggested solution:

Work with the manager David on being more respectful, patient, and thankful that people want to donate to the Salvation Army
