My complaint:
I would like to make a formal complaint about the upper management and how they have treated all of the employees at the Lewiston Idaho thrift store. I was in the thrift store and overheard an upper manager male telling the local store manager elderly female that she is a liar. I too did not appreciate how the corporate staff came down from Spokane Washington and has harassed the entire stores employees. It is beyond unprofessional and absolutely absurd. Your mission statement The Salvation Army is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, accountability and ethical conduct on a global scale. This matter needs to be looked into by others not associated with it directly.
