My complaint:
There is a new rule that says all residents have to leave the building at 8 am, and they have to stay outside of the building until 5 pm! The staff has been letting residents stay in the building after 8 am, and not making the residents leave.
Suggested solution:
Hire some new employees that don't play favoritism. And that follow procedure!
