My complaint:
How do you guys tell me to wait til December 12th to tell me that you coming to pick full queen size bed up which I could’ve just dump basically anywhere it’s brand new literally and for them to call me on the day they said they were gone pick it up just to inform me that they don’t want it is bad business they coulve told me this on that same day wen I explained o. December 2nd and I had it in storage all these days that’s bad business
Suggested solution:
At least put something on storage bill , for 10 days waste
