My complaint:
My husband was strucked by a car and sent to a hospital in 11292022. The hospital issued that he was dead 4 days after on 12032022. I noticed an the office person (on duty) the situation regards my rent status and requested my monthly rent adjustment. The office person told me that I had to keep pay the original rent until death certificate issued, but also said a rent will be adjusted when I submit the certificate and overpaid amounts will be reimbursed.
Now the certificate was in the office and the new office adjusted the rent, but refused to reimburse the the difference ( from 11032022 to 12312022).
There is a conflict on rent adjustment policy between previous and current office people. Please help solve this issue.
