My complaint:

We have been contacting the range for several weeks regarding the return of a Olivia sofa which on receipt we decided we simply did not need, still in the original box and unopened and never used. When calling I found myself consistently stuck in a queue up to 30 minutes or no answer at all. On emailing is as laborious, days to reply. This morning I received a email stating that because I am now out with my 28 days purchase I cannot return! This is absolutely preposterous I take no responsibility The Range need to get there act together and if then is the case they are fault by not offering a more and efficient customer service instead of lagging behind an leaving there customers high and dry after buying from them. I repeat I wish to return my order.
