My complaint:
I visited the range on the 13nov 2022
At lakeside retail park
I was over charged by £100 but didn’t realise untill on
My way home I live in biggin hill
I called the store and exsplained my situation
They told me to go back to the range at lakeside
But that is 16 mile from me and I have to pay the congestion for dartford tunnel
I asked them if they was going to cover my cost to travel back there
They offered me a £5 gift card but that is not going to cover my expenses
The manager was very rude and was surpose to call me back
This morning
Suggested solution:
Give me a full refund for the amount over charged
And cover my travel exspenses or refund over the phone
