My complaint:
Having spent quite some time researching metal beds which did not have support legs in the middle of the side rails, I thought I had found a suitable product with the Range’s French bed, which clearly showed in the photograph of it on the Range’s website that it did not have these legs. However, the diagram on the packaging showed that it did in fact have legs in the middle of the side rail. The photo on the website is therefore clearly a misrepresentation of the product. This is particularly annoying as having finished decorating the room it was destined for yesterday, we intended to build the bed today in readiness for guests to visit for Easter, and as there is now no time in which to find an alternative, the guests will need to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
Suggested solution:
I do not feel I should have to pay to return the item, due to the clear misrepresentation of the product on the website. They should arrange for the product to be collected. They should refund our money. They should correct the photograph on their website.
