My complaint:
I shop at your store almost daily and my husband and I went to your store in Lafayette Louisiana on Evangeline thruway Wednesday night and shopped and paid for our items as we were leaving your loss prevention man along with a police officer stops me at the exit door and I am told by your loss prevention guy that he kicked me out that store a year ago I told him he had the wrong person he said I was lying and he said he had a picture of me from a year ago I assured him he didn’t have a picture of me. He went to his office to find it in the meantime I am detained for the next 30 minutes with the police officer as people walked by I was very embarrassed.
One of my husbands friends even saw us and word is already around my town. Also we was there getting a piece that my husband needed to finish a job that he was fired from for being 45 min late. A job that was going to bring us $4000. Also I am a transsexual woman and I suffer from ptsd and social anxiety which I have been diagnosed with and am disabled. I’ve been getting treatment for this and because of your loss prevention guy I am now starting all over all my progress is down the drain. He made a mistake I have never stolen anything in my life. I have no idea how this will affect my husbands business are our future.
Suggested solution:
When they pay for the job my husband lost for being late and pay for counciling for my self and I want a apology from the lp that wrongfully accused me
