My complaint:
I bought my Frye boots in 1998 with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I spoke with customer services and they said they never had a lifetime warranty and if they did it was vacated when the company was sold several years ago. I then sent my boots to their recommmended repair shop resole america and they told me they couldn’t resole my boots because they no longer carry those soles. I asked Frye if there was anything they could do since my boots are not repairable and they had a lifetime warranty. They said no. So now I must buy new boots and I will never buy Frye again!
Suggested solution:
Frye should replace these boots free of charge with a comparable pair. The Harness 8R in black is the closest model to the shoes I currently own. If Frye offers these as a replacement, I would be satisfied, if not they can go bankrupt for all I care.
