My name is Shaojun Zeng, a veteran employee of Thai Express Restaurant kitchener.
On Sunday, February 6th, about 10:30, I cooked the salmon heads and salmon bones I brought from the Thai Express Restaurant kitchener, and after eating it, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, severe diarrhea, and there was black stool with blood, obvious symptoms of food poisoning, I felt exhaustion and lay in bed for one day.(The salmon heads and salmon bones were given to me by my colleague Wei Zhang about 7pm just before I got off work on Friday, February 4, and she also gave some to my another colleague, Yanfen Lin.)( There are cameras in Thai express Restaurant kitchener and can be turned out to watch).
On the following day(Monday, February 7th), my wife took me to buy medicine, the pharmacy staff heard that I had severe diarrhea and had black stools and blood, asked me to see the doctor. We made an appointment with a doctor on the POMELO Platform. And also called the Northfield Medical center to make an appointment.
Although I feel exhausted, in order to survive, I had to go to work on Wednesday February 9th, I felt extremely tired at work, physical strength dropped significantly, and went to bed Immediately when I got home. On Thursday, I felt very uncomfortable, my wife is worried about me and asked my boss for leave for me, then I went home after working for two hours.
On Saturday, February 12th, I saw the doctor, (Phone appointment) and my doctor Yu asked me to do liver function, kidney function test, stool examination and colonoscopy, also my doctor asked me to take a good rest.
Now I am still very weak. Due to eating salmon head and salmon bones brought from Thai Express Restaurant Kitchener, I am physically injured and unable to work, that also cause me to suffer from mental problems.
When I told my friend what happened to me, he said I can Report it. Now I know I can Report it. Yes, I need to know the reason for my food poisoning (I still have a bag of salmon heads and salmon bones brought from the Thai Express Restaurant Kitchener in my refrigerator).
