My complaint:
They tell us all the time “it won’t hurt us to get rid of you” they belittle us, make everyone seem like we aren’t doing our job when we are the ones dealing with behaviors everything else on the home. Ofcourse your suppose to respect your supervisor but what happens when tour supervisor is rude and disrespectful to you. When you go to them since they are higher up then them they say “well they are still your supervisor” sorry. And you try to move shifts and they don’t got time for it. And make you stay with that same person who’s making you uncomfortable.
Suggested solution:
They should talk to us if something is going on and try to resolve the situation instead of making us feel like we had no one to go today
