My complaint:
She Belittles and Berates the patrons instead of assisting them. She makes you feel like your stupid, and she yells at you like you are beneath her, and she’s too busy to help you with your application. She has poor customer service skills and assumes that your problems can’t be helped. She isn’t very friendly, and she seems to have a stick up her ass.
Suggested solution:
Probation ; Administrative leave without pay. She should take training classes in learning to show empathy for the people she serves, and that she there to help not make the situation worse for the person.
