My complaint:
My Henry hoover caught on fire there was black smoke coming from the top of the hoover which covered my living room in black smoke it was a smell of burning plastic as well, my children were in the room at the time it frightened them a lot and myself, I had to drag the hoover outside and hose it down
Suggested solution:
Replacement or money back and compensation as it took weeks to get the smell out of my living room and it scared my children, 8 do not have a photo as my brother had to remove it from. My garden as it was a hazard to keep around with my children
