Tesco Mobile complaint: Cut off my phone

My complaint:

I phoned Tesco to inform them my Husband the business account holder had died my phone was the other phone on account, understandably they couldn’t transfer the contract, so they said hey would close the account, and sena sim only card this was 30 th May my husband died 16th May. 4calls to Tesco later No sun card has arrived. I have had no contact with anyone regarding my husband’s death, I am in my 2nd year of Chemotherapy I cannot contact my Oncology team or they me.

Suggested solution:

Get my phone working and compensate for the added distress and anxiety caused by all this
