My complaint:
Our phones haven’t been working in our home for about 1 month. I’ve called Telus to resolve this, they sent a virtual agent at a time when I was at work, I never booked this.
My bill skyrocketed because none of our phones work in the home.
2) front door bell never works. The home is unprotected
3) I’ve wasted 6-7 hours with Telus and am very frustrated and have a phone which doesn’t connect to wifi still
Suggested solution:
I want a reduction on my bill for July-August 2022
