You must give value to the account’s people who are on telegram. Their connections, groups, friends, businesses , and so on.
You can’t put the option to “rest account” instead of “rest password “ via text message with the number on the account. You can’t ignore all the people’s connections for the software’s negligent. Hope you correct your mistake.

When your first step to connect to telegram is my phone number why you are making an excuse that I didn’t add an email address for backup while you have my phone number. You can simply send a link to reset the passcode.
