My complaint:
Joe and Ralph Vangaurd runs this investment scheme and my Brother invested ZAR 13k with them and the profits were to be paid within 24 hours. They requested an additional amount of ZAR 6.8k for maintenance of the trading bots, which was then borrowed and paid over to them. They even swron on their life that we will get our money. It was not forthcoming and they requested an additional amount of ZAR 3.6k which we could not afford. I requested help from Ralph Vangaurd and he promised to help. He in fact advised us not to pay any more money to Joe, but insisted we pay the ZAR 3.6k to get the money released.
Joe then advised us that we do not have to pay the extras and the money was being released. We forwarded the message to Ralph and his reaction was that we then don’t want to be helped. Since then he they do not answer any messages from us.

upon paying the fee ,the company’s financial department will complete the transaction and you will receive your profits on luno in 7-14 minutes time.
kindly deposit the fee on luno and let me know after it has reflected.
the fee could have been deducted from the profits but its already in the blockchain system. remember the blockchain system is a system of recording information in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack or cheat the system so that means the safety of your profits is 100% guaranteed.
you were not informed of this amount earlier because maintainance of bots is relevant only after the creation of your trading profile has been completed
good thing is that this is a one time fee and once you pay it now ,you will not be required to pay it again in your future investments with us. i therefore urge you to fully comply by paying so as to recieve your profits on time as we had promised. in the unlikely event that you don’t have the money now,the company will keep your details and store your profits safely untill the day you will get this fee. but try so hard to raise this fee in the shortest time possible so that you can recieve your profits in time and be able to achieve your financial goals and solve your financial problems if any instantly!

Suggested solution:
Either they must remove their scheme from telegram or change the settings that the investors which vids are posted there an be contacted to verify the truth or Vanguard must pay the profits or the investment back
