My complaint:
I paid £29.99 plus express delivery of £18.99 for what I thought would be a pallet of goods and was told it was a pallet, and all I received was one poxy charge mini 3 plus listen wireless, charge endlessly worth approx £3. I am disabled and was looking forward to getting my pallet to give gifts to friends and relatives.
As I can see I am not thr only person who has been ripped off I will be pursuing this with my solicitor plus compensation.
Suggested solution:
A refund, compensation and not being aloud to continue to trade under false illusions because others are being ripped off by them too.
