My complaint:
This channel offers forex signal services and no indication of which currency except the amount. After ing the transfer of the said amount after conversion into USD and cash banked into his middleman in my country he is saying that the amount should be in Kuwaiti Dinar which was not specified in his free channel. He asked me to top additional money and I refused and requested a refund but he blocked me from the channels and his private chat channel.
I suspect he is a scammer due to the followings –
1. Blocked me immediately after requesting the refund.
2. Uses proxy or mule account to receive monies.
3. Only accept money from certain payment methods to go undetected.
His account details are as followings –
1. Xauusd scalper – Free channel promoting people to purchase.
2. Talha Macro @lauioo – Private Chat
I Hope the Telegram management can come up with better control for a person opening multiple channel accounts and create a direct complaint channel involving monies scammed similar to Paypal.
Hope there will be some solution for getting my money back and at my end, a police report will be made and the governing body for banks will be notified on mule accounts.

Suggested solution:
Telegram as the manager should be able to trace the account holder and investigate. As a responsible company, they should involve directly to recover all monies scammed by such people.
