XSTABLE Coin project for crypto currencies and their groups on telegram are scam. Please inform Telegram team accordingly for necessary actions.

XSTABLE ANNOUNCEMENT groups. Their admin cheated hundreds of people by getting funds and supplying nothing for them. Groups are closed for comment.
This project has no social media account no web page no nothing.
Suggested solution:
Telegram admins can ban this guy and inform group community by putting these groups in scam project category.
