My complaint:
I clicked my telegram icon to respond to messages yesterday 180221. It was all blank. Rather a request for my Country and to state my phone number. I did. Next was a request to answer to a secret question. I did but it couldn’t save. Meanwhile as I clicked next, a foreign call came in and as I looked closely there was an instruction not to answer the call that an SMS will be sent to me! I was confused and three times ed the message. On trying again I now see the message that I have tried too many times and that I should try again.
